1. The Offer (Flex‑72)
Flex‑72 is a monthly membership that includes up to four (4) dorm‑bed nights per billing cycle at participating hostels and selected properties in supported cities. Nights are bookable within seventy‑two (72) hours of check‑in, for Sunday through Thursday arrivals only.
2. Membership & Billing
- Recurring monthly fee displayed at checkout. Month‑to‑month; cancel any time before the next billing date.
- Membership is personal and non‑transferable. Government ID may be required at check‑in.
- We may offer add‑ons (e.g., private‑room surcharges). Local taxes/fees may apply per property.
3. Booking Rules
- Booking window: ≤72 hours before check‑in.
- Arrivals: Sunday–Thursday only (local time).
- Maximum two (2) active bookings at any time.
- Maximum seven (7) consecutive nights per property per month.
- Private rooms are not included in the beta unless explicitly stated in the booking flow.
4. Fair Use & Limits
- We may limit or deny bookings that violate these rules or indicate abuse (e.g., multiple accounts, resale).
- We may implement cooldowns between stays (currently one night) to ensure fair access for all members.
5. Availability & Blackouts
Inventory is limited and varies by property and date. Partners may set event/festival blackout dates or restrict inventory without prior notice.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- 7‑Day First‑Billing Guarantee: If you cannot find an eligible bed in the listed cities within seven (7) days of your first billing, contact support for a full refund.
- Property‑specific cancellation/no‑show policies may apply and can result in forfeiting a night from your allowance.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
7. Conduct & Prohibited Uses
Members must follow all property rules and local laws. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, harassment, or unsafe behavior.
8. Third‑Party Properties
We facilitate access to independent properties. Each property is solely responsible for the condition of its rooms, amenities, and on‑site services.
9. Suspension/Termination
We may suspend or terminate membership for violations of these Terms or fair‑use rules. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoamerPass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RoamerPass and its personnel against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
12. Disputes
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact support to seek an informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in binding arbitration under applicable rules in our principal place of business.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
